Cloud over Pendle

Tonight I went a-visiting before our prayer meeting, and drove to the chapel from Fence, through Spen Brook, Newchurch-in-Pendle and Barley. This route offers one spectacular views of Pendle Hill; the dusky light only added to the atmosphere.
 
I was reminded of Exodus 24:16 which reads 'And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.'
