What’s Wrong with British Policing

Have you ever wondered why the police seem slow to respond or uninterested when a crime is reported? The upper echelons of the force seem more interested in sending officers to monitor speeches at Hyde Park’s Speakers’ Corner to check for ‘hate crimes’ (The Met, below), or signalling their virtue by participating in Gay Pride marches (Surrey Constabulary, bottom). Last Month, London overtook New York for its murder rate. Between January-April 2018, 55 suspected murders have been recorded. Perhaps if the police spent less time monitoring people’s opinions and altering their uniforms to include the Gay Pride colours, those murders might be solved, or better still, prevented.
