Parliamentary Stupidity

The British Parliament, the second oldest legislature in the world and the one whose ‘Westminster model’ has been copied across several continents, should be a sensible and stately institution. For the most part, it is, even if some of its Members prove a little rowdy on Wednesday afternoons. Yet it was revealed by the Times that part of its security vetting for new employees asks them to confirm the sex of their fathers, giving the options of male, female or ‘other’.

Our national institutions have fallen one by one to the cretinous wokeism that seems to be permeating every sphere of life. This new, godless morality and sense of correctness is as false as it is ludicrous. The more I behold the depths to which we have fallen, the more I long for the new heavens and earth wherein righteousness dwells. Come, Lord Jesus!
