Rosskeen Free
The churches I visit often persuade me that those establishments with the finest buildings generally preach the blandest messages, while those housed in mere huts and plain chapels are the more faithful to Biblical truth. I am always delighted to be proved incorrect, at least in the case of the former. Rosskeen Free Church on the busy A9 on the Cromarty Firth is such a one. It sits by that busy road, stately and elegant, yet nailing its gospel creed to the mast, unashamedly proclaiming Christ’s unique status and access to the Father:
A grand entrance, below, with an even grander message awaiting those who deign to enter.
